General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ô Fleur de Sel Hospitality Group. We are delighted to host you and strive to provide all guests with a peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

For the purposes of these General Terms & Conditions, “Ô Fleur de Sel” shall mean Ô Fleur de Sel and any affiliated properties managed by Ô Fleur de Sel Hospitality Group.

By submitting a booking request, confirming a reservation, or staying at Ô Fleur de Sel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following General Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations and Booking Confirmation

All booking requests are considered tentative and are not guaranteed until the required deposit is received and the reservation is confirmed by management.

To secure a reservation, a deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the booking request, unless otherwise agreed in writing by management. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, management reserves the right to release the booking dates without further notice.

2. Deposit and Payment Terms

A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount, or full payment if preferred, is required to confirm the reservation.

Any transfer fees or transaction charges are the sole responsibility of the sender.

The remaining balance must be settled in cash at check-in, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed in advance by management.

3. Proof of Payment

Once payment is made, guests must send a copy of the transfer voucher or proof of payment by one of the following methods:

Failure to provide proof of payment may delay or prevent final confirmation of the booking.

4. Cancellation, Deposit, and Reservation Changes

Cancellation requests must be communicated as soon as possible.

4.1 More than 14 days before check-in

If a reservation is canceled more than 14 days before the check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be used toward a future reservation, subject to availability. Updated rates may apply at the time of the new booking.

4.2 Between 14 days and 24 hours before check-in

If a reservation is canceled between 14 days and 24 hours before check-in, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of force majeure or other duly justified exceptional circumstances, as reviewed and approved at management’s sole discretion.

4.3 Within 24 hours of check-in

If a reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

4.4 No-show

In the event of a no-show, the deposit is strictly non-refundable, and management reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the reservation.

4.5 Changes to reservation dates

Any request to change reservation dates is subject to availability and management approval. Rate differences may apply.

5. Guest Stay and Conduct

To preserve the comfort, safety, and peaceful enjoyment of all guests and neighbours, guests agree to respect the property and the following rules during their stay at Ô Fleur de Sel.

5.1 Quiet enjoyment

Ô Fleur de Sel is intended to offer a calm and relaxing environment. Guests must keep noise to a reasonable level at all times, especially outdoors and during evening and nighttime hours, and must be respectful of other guests and neighbouring residents.

5.2 No parties or disruptive behaviour

Parties, loud parties, events, loud music, bonfires, fireworks, and any noisy, disturbing, hazardous, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry, terminate a stay, or request immediate departure without refund if guests or visitors violate this policy or disturb other guests, staff, or neighbours.

5.3 Visitors

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless prior approval has been granted by management. Management reserves the right to limit or refuse outside visitors.

5.4 Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests may smoke only in any outdoor areas designated or reasonably suitable for smoking, while ensuring that cigarette waste is disposed of safely and responsibly.

5.5 Care of the property

Guests are expected to treat the villa, bungalow, studios, common areas, furnishings, equipment, and all property contents with care and respect.

Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, intentional misconduct, or failure to follow property instructions may result in repair, replacement, cleaning, or compensation charges.

6. Pool and Common Area Use

Where a pool or other shared leisure facility is available, guests use such areas at their own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times by their parents or the responsible adults accompanying them.

Ô Fleur de Sel shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the pool, terraces, stairs, outdoor areas, or any shared facilities.

7. Personal Belongings, Valuables, and Liability

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, cash, travel documents, electronics, jewelry, clothing, and other personal items brought onto the property.

Ô Fleur de Sel shall not be liable for any loss, theft, misplacement, or damage to personal belongings during the guest’s stay, after check-out, or during any lost and found handling process.

Guests are encouraged to take appropriate care and precautions to safeguard their belongings at all times.

8. Lost and Found Policy

We understand that personal items may occasionally be left behind. The following policy applies to all items found on the premises of Ô Fleur de Sel.

8.1 Reporting lost items

Guests who believe they have left an item behind are encouraged to notify management as soon as possible, preferably within 3 hours of check-out.

To assist in locating the item, guests should provide a clear description of the item, along with details of where and when it was last seen.

8.2 Handling of found items

Our team will make reasonable efforts to identify, secure, and log items found on the premises before the arrival of new guests or cleaning turnover, where possible.

Any item found will be recorded and stored in a designated lost and found area, subject to the nature and condition of the item.

8.3 Disposal and retention periods

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following rules apply:

Any unclaimed item remaining after the applicable retention period may be disposed of, donated, discarded, or otherwise dealt with by management without further notice and without liability.

8.4 Claiming lost items

A guest claiming a lost item may be required to provide identification, proof of ownership, or sufficiently accurate descriptive details before the item is released.

Any costs associated with return, packaging, delivery, or courier arrangements shall be borne entirely by the guest, unless management decides otherwise.

8.5 Disclaimer regarding lost and found items

Ô Fleur de Sel does not guarantee that lost items will be located, preserved, or returned, and assumes no liability for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or discarded in accordance with this policy.
